At Pixelhitusa, we prepare and dispatch each of our handcrafted bracelets with the utmost care to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition.

    All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday) following payment confirmation.

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

    We offer nationwide shipping with real-time tracking:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time ranges from 4 to 9 business days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination location.

    Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

    If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours of your purchase, we recommend checking your spam folder or contacting us.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
